The property is in a seaside neighborhood of the municipal unit Akrotiri in the municipality Chania, just outside the village of Chorafakia and northeast of the city center of Chania. It is a plot, of which a section of 3,637 m² is classified as forest. The rest is fully usable and allows you to build a large, luxurious residence with beautiful views of the sea and the White Mountains in the background. The land is almost flat with a gentle southwest slope and the frontage is at the lowest level on an asphalt road.

The area is sparsely built and has mostly permanent residences and some tourist villas.
