A LUSH, FLAT TERRAIN IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

The plot is on the edge and just outside the village of Drapanos, in the municipal unit Vamos of the municipality Apokoronas. It is accessible by an asphalt road along its southern frontage, which has little traffic all year round as it leads to an area that is protected by the Natura 2000 network and ends at a rocky coast after about 3 km. The land is flat and there is natural vegetation with several big trees, which can be removed according to the needs of any construction in the future. Due to the proximity to the village there is easy access to public utilities while the land makes the construction of a large detached house inexpensive. To the south there are beautiful views towards the White Mountains from all points of the plot, which are mainly obstructed by the trees on it.
Drapanos is a quiet village with a mini market and two taverns. The area has many trails in nature and is suitable for cycling and hiking. Within a radius of up to 5 minutes' drive are the beaches of Obros Gialos and Koutalas. Within 10-15 minutes' drive you will find several more beautiful beaches with facilities such as Almyrida, Kalyves and Georgioupolis. In Vamos, which is at a distance of 10 minutes' drive as well as in Kalyves there are all kinds of shops, restaurants and several services. Chania and the airport are about 40 and 50 minutes' drive, respectively.
