DEVELOPMENT LAND WITH SEA VIEWS & A RUIN

The plot is in Drapanos, a village just outside and between the villages of Plaka and Vamos in the municipality of Apokoronas. Its size makes it suitable for commercial purposes and allows you to build a beautiful residential complex for use or resale, with a large outdoor space in the exclusive use of each residence. The land is mainly flat and there are approximately 15 mature and productive olive trees. There is also an impressive stone threshing floor as well as a ruined building, which you can use as interesting decorative elements in any study. Drapanos is a quiet village with a mini market and two taverns. The area has many trails in nature and is suitable for cycling and hiking. Within a radius of up to 5 minutes' drive are the beaches of Obros Gialos and Koutalas. Within 10-15 minutes' drive you will find several more beautiful beaches with facilities such as Almyrida, Kalyves and Georgioupolis. In Vamos, which is at a distance of 10 minutes' drive as well as in Kalyves there are all kinds of shops, restaurants and several services. Chania and the airport are about 40 and 50 minutes' drive, respectively.
