ELEVATED LAND ON THE WAY TO PALAIOCHORA

The plot is in Voukolies of the municipality Platanias. It is located in the center of the village and has a frontage of approximately 24 m on the provincial road to Tavronitis - Paleochora. It also forms a corner with a slanted side road so that its frontage is, in fact, somewhat longer along its entire southeastern side. The road has significant commercial interest while the plot is only 400 m away from the central square of the village and therefore is suitable for residential use. The ground is flat and is slightly elevated with a slope on its frontage, so that if you build an upper floor you will have beautiful views over the village. The plot is suitable for the construction of a mixed-use building with commercial space on the ground floor and one or two apartments above.

The central square of Voukolies is beautifully landscaped with plane trees and has traditional cafes with local delicacies. It is a big village with approximately 700 permanent residents, which has pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, restaurants and some shops for your daily needs all year round. Within 10 minutes’ drive is the seaside village of Tavronitis, where there are several more shops and a long pebbly beach that has areas with facilities or quieter places. The city and the airport of Chania are about 30 and 40 minutes’ drive, respectively.
