AN ELEVATED CORNER NEAR THE BEACH

The plot is in a very privileged location and occupies half a block just 250 m from the sea. It is a plot with a good rectangular shape and existing frontages to the north and west on wide roads as well as to the east on a 10 m wide road, the construction of which is pending.
