ELEVATED LAND AT THE VILLAGE ENTRANCE

The property is in the village of Azogires, just outside and north of the small town of Paleochora. The village is extremely picturesque and consists mainly of small neighborhoods that are scattered among the olive groves. It is a plot at the entrance to the village, which has a large frontage with a high slope and therefore the views will remain as they currently are in the future. There are approximately 10 mature olive trees while at the highest level the ground is flat so that it is suitable for any construction in the future. The orientation is southeast and the views reach up to the sea in the distance.

The village has a traditional tavern while for anything else you have to go up to the nearby Paleochora or, alternatively, to Kandanos that is about 20 minutes' drive away. Both of these small towns have all kinds of shops and services, including a medical center, schools of all grades, places for food and more. Paleochora also has many beautiful beaches that make the plot a very good choice for holiday use. The city center of Chania is approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes' drive.
