A SMALL CORNER PLOT CLOSE TO AMENITIES

The plot is located in a small family neighborhood, in the village Skoutelonas. It is a seaside village of Platanias, between Tavronitis and Kolymbari while the plot is only 600 m from the large sandy beach of the area. The plot has an almost rectangular shape with average dimensions of approximately 15 m * 12 m. The large frontage is to the south on a concrete paved road, which then exits to an asphalt road. To the west there is a second frontage on a small pedestrian street. The land is flat and the surrounding houses are low so that if you build an upper floor you will have beautiful views to the north up to the sea.

The village has mainly modern houses, most of which are inhabited all year round. The nearby beach is long and has areas with facilities or quieter places with sand or pebbles. Nearby Kolymbari is a picturesque seaside small town with all kinds of shops and services. There are, among others, a bank, schools of all levels, big supermarkets, a boat marina as well as many restaurants and cafes along the coast. The city center of Chania is approximately 30 minutes' drive and the airport 40 minutes.
