The plot is in the village Skoutelonas, close to the old highway to Chania-Kolymbari and therefore has easy access to many shops and amenities. The village is located between Tavronitis and Kolymbari, two small seaside towns of the municipality of Platanias while the plot is only 700 m from the large sandy beach of the area. Its shape is rectangular and its features make it ideal for the construction and resale of houses or you may rent them out, as the area has a high residential and tourist interest.
