EASY ACCESS & A MANAGEABLE SIZE

The plot is in the village of Neratzia of the municipality Platanias, between the small town of Voukolies and the seaside Tavronitis. The land has a southeast slope and there are two frontages, one at the lower level on the provincial road to Tavronitis-Palaiochora and one on an alley along the back side. The plot has a good, almost rectangular shape and at the lowest point there are two orange trees. Its size is suitable for a two-storey detached house with views over the plain of the Tavronitis river.

About 3 km away there is a junction, from which you can enter or exit the northern highway of Crete and you can go to the center of Chania in just 25 minutes.
