EAST FACING LAND WITH A NICE SHAPE

The property is on the edge of a village in the municipality Apokoronas, approximately 3 km south of the small seaside town of Kalyves. It is a plot with a good square shape, on which there are currently 40 mature and productive olive trees. The frontage of the plot is on its eastern side on a quiet road, which is paved with asphalt up to the plot. The ground has a gentle eastern slope and the road is at a lower level.
