SOUTH-FACING MOUNTAIN VIEWS ON THE VILLAGE FRINGE

The property is on the edge of a picturesque village of Apokoronas, on a side road, which has little traffic and it is fairly quiet. It is a triangular-shaped plot with large frontages to the south and north-east. Its largest part is out of the residential zone while a section of 1,000 m² allows you to build up to 400 m² areas for main residential use. The view to the south is impressive towards the White Mountains and it is difficult to be obstructed as the property is adjacent to the edge of the village.
