FLAT PLOT OF LAND ON AN ASPHALT ROAD

The plot is located just outside the village Topolia of the municipality Kissamos, in a quiet spot east and outside the village. It is not buildable and has flat, fertile soil with olive trees that are densely planted and some orange trees. On one side it is adjacent to an asphalt road, where a small ramp needs to be constructed as it is new. The purchase of the field is ideal if you want to produce the olive oil of your family or you may plant a variety of fruit trees if you remove some of the olive trees. The plot is easy to use and a good choice if you live in the area. Topolia is on the way to Elafonisi and has traditional taverns and mini market while the small town of Kissamos is just 15 minutes' drive.

Natura2000 Zoning for Property Buyers

In Natura2000 areas, which are designated for environmental protection, property buyers can purchase land with certain zoning restrictions in place to preserve local ecosystems. While development is allowed, there are specific regulations regarding construction and land use to ensure minimal impact on the natural habitat. These areas offer a balance between development opportunities and environmental conservation.
