LARGE PARCEL IN A REMOTE VALLEY

The property is located just outside the village Sasalos of the municipal unity Mithimna, in the municipality of Kissamos. It includes a green slope, which begins at an elevation of about 450 m and extends up to an altitude of 550 m. Part of the land is forest and a large part is covered by large productive chestnut trees. From its lowest part passes a beautiful stream, which has aged plane trees along it and running water almost all year round. The region is ideal for hiking, as there are many nice trails nearby. The village Deliana, which is 9 km away, has the nearest mini market, a café and a tavern. In the small town of Kissamos and the seaside village of Kolimbari that are at a distance of 40 minutes' drive, there are all sorts of shops and amenities. The city and the airport of Chania are within 60 and 75 minutes' drive, respectively.

Very close to this plot is a second parcel of approximately 50,000 m² that is on the market at a relatively lower selling price.
