The property is located just outside of a beautiful village of the municipality Platanias, about 5 minutes' drive south of the seaside Maleme. In the area there are large orange trees and a well. The plot has a good shape and is slightly sloping. At its lowest part there is a small stream that is dry but has large impressive plane trees.

In the village there is a traditional cafe. About 4 km away is Maleme, which has a supermarket, primary school, places for coffee or food and some other shops.
