LAND IN TOURIST REGION NEAR THE SEA

The plot is 10 minutes' drive west of the small town of Platanias. The area has many hotels, holiday houses and permanent residences. Within a short walking distance there is a long, pebbly beach with facilities that has many restaurants and cafes alongside. Many tourists visit the area during the summer months. Nearby are a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery, tourist shops and several other shops and amenities.

The total area of the plot is currently 1,703 m². The area has, however, building restrictions according to a city plan, which is under study.
