The land is located just outside the village Kolymbari, in the municipality of Platanias. It is a buildable plot, on which there are approximately 130 mature and productive olive trees. The ground has a steep slope but extends along a hillside with a northeast orientation and you can divide it into three or four large flat terraces. It is a well-priced choice, if you want to build a large residence close to nature and among the countless olive groves of the region. A dirt road reaches the area and there is an asphalt road, at a distance of about 140 m. There is also direct access to electricity. In nearby Kolymbari you will find banks, schools, supermarkets, taverns and several shops that are open all year round. The city and the airport of Chania are about 30 and 40 minutes' drive, respectively.
