BUILDING OF 2 APARTMENTS WITH A LARGE GARDEN

The property is located in the village Fres of the municipality Apokoronas, east of Chania city. It is a two-level building, each with an independent apartment. At a distance of about one km is the village of Tzitzifes, where there are traditional taverns and shops with local products. Within 3 km, in Agioi Pantes there is a wonderful square with cafes, restaurants, patisseries. There, you will also find a pharmacy, a gas station, a barber shop and other shops. At equal distance of about 7 km, you will find Vryses and Vamos, two small towns with all kinds of shops and services. The cities of Chania and Rethymno are within 35-40 minutes' drive and the airport of Chania about 45 minutes. The nearest beaches are Kalives and Georgioupolis, which are at a distance of 12 km and 15 km, respectively.
