A FARM HOUSE WITH A SPACIOUS GARDEN
The property is located just outside the small town of Voukolies, about 15 minutes southwest from the center of Platanias. It is an old, stone-built, village house, which has been partially renovated but further repairs are needed, in order to become fully functional and habitable. The plot of the property is good-sized and offers unobstructed views of the surrounding hills, which have olive groves. There is also remaining buildable area, which allows you to add extra spaces to the existing building or to construct from scratch an extra, independent residence.
The building is arranged over two levels with upper floor and ground floor, which on the one side is below the ground level.
