This impressive guesthouse is located in a picturesque village of Apokoronas, it is in a quiet area on the edge of the village. It has been built on a hillside with east orientation, from where it offers excellent views over the plain of the river Kiliari and up to the sea and the bay of Souda. The building has its current form from the restoration of old adjacent residences while a significant part of it is newly built in 2005. In the old part, many traditional elements have been preserved that highlight its strong character and offer significant advantages to the company, which operates with a regular clientele.

The guest house is divided into 5 two-storey maisonettes, each of which has a large bedroom on one level and an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the other. A total of 21 people can be accommodated and there are a heated ecological pool of 39 m², a gym, a Turkish bath, a study area-library as well as a complete and functional traditional grocery store. Each maisonette has a balcony or terrace with views, solar panel, ecological air conditioning units, fireplace and full furniture and equipment with care to every detail.

The area is verdant and suitable for hiking in nature. Within 10 minutes’ drive is the village of Stylos, where you will find mini markets and many traditional taverns that are open all year round. Within 20 minutes’ drive we find the seaside town of Kalyves, where you can find all kinds of shops and services as well as a long, sandy beach with areas with facilities or quieter places. The city and the airport of Chania are about 35 and 40 minutes’ drive, respectively.
