The property is located in a picturesque, old village of Kissamos, on the way to Elafonisi. It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood of the village and consists of two opposite sections that are separated from each other by a cobbled alley. A pedestrian road reaches the point while there is an asphalt road a few meters away.

One of the two sections has the residence, which is arranged over two levels. The village is on the way to Elafonissi, one of the most popular beaches of the island. In its center there are several taverns, souvenir shops as well as 2-3 mini markets that are open all year round. It receives thousands of visitors during the summer months and the property is suitable for use as a guest house. In the nearby small town of Kissamos you will find all kinds of shops and services as well as a long sandy beach, in about 15 minutes' drive. The city center of Chania is about 45 minutes away.
