HOUSE WITH A LARGE TERRACE CLOSE TO AMENITIES

The house is in the village of Tavronitis. It is located in an area very close to facilities but also within walking distance of the long beach of the area. It is a two-level residence with a comfortable fenced yard on its frontage. The property needs a little work as it has not been regularly maintained for some years. However, it has the standards in order to become a comfortable and beautiful residence.

Tavronitis has supermarkets, restaurants, bakery, cafe and some other shops that are open all year round as well as a long pebbly beach, where there are areas with facilities or quieter places.
