AN OLD KAFENIO ON A SQUARE NEAR THE BEACH

The property is in the central square of a small village east from Kolymbari of the municipality Platanias. It is a building, which has been constructed and used as a kafenio while it is now abandoned and requires repair in order to become usable. Within 5 minutes' drive is the small town Kolymbari, where you can find banks, many taverns, schools of all levels and more. The city and the airport of Chania are about 25 and 35 minutes' drive, respectively.
