UNDENIABLE FOLK CHARM & TOURIST POTENTIAL

The property is in an extremely picturesque spot in a quiet neighborhood, close to the road that leads to the famous Elafonisi. The back side of the house faces a second courtyard with complete privacy and full of flowers. From here, we go a little higher to the last part of the building that is not configured, which can become a beautiful two-bedroom apartment with a large yard. An external staircase leads to an unexpected "hidden" garden, on a level of the plot slightly higher and behind the residence. This space has been designed in order to offer privacy, views and several areas suitable for relaxation under the shade or the hot summer sun all day long. Here, you will find enough fruit trees, olive trees, space to create a small vegetable garden as well as a storehouse for garden tools.
