The old stone building is located on a plot of 232 m² and the apartment that is available for sale has a large part of the courtyard in its exclusive use. The building is renovated and has interesting traditional elements while it is oriented to the southwest and offers beautiful views towards the ridge of the White Mountains.

The main entrance opens onto the living room of the residence with its impressive high ceiling, on which the original wooden lining with handmade decoration has been preserved. The house is functional and constitutes an excellent choice if you are looking for a traditional house, which has been restored with respect to its traditional character. Although it is typically an apartment, the separation that has been made gives the feeling of an independent residence, with the significant advantage of the exclusive use of a good-sized and beautiful part of the yard. The area attracts several tourists during the summer months while at the same time the village has an original, traditional character and is very quiet and picturesque. In nearby Vamos there are a bank, a supermarket and other shops. The beaches of Georgioupolis and Kalyves, which have facilities, are 20 minutes’ drive, the city of Chania about 40 minutes and the airport 50 minutes.
