TRADITIONAL CHARACTER WITH MODERN AMENITIES

The residence is in a traditional neighborhood of Apokoronas, in the center of the village but with features that offer good privacy. It has a plot with a good-sized stone-paved yard, where you can later add a jacuzzi, swimming pool or a small flower garden. A small cobbled alley reaches the front of the property, from where there is an asphalt road just 10 m away. The width of the cobbled alley is about 2.5 meters and therefore a car can barely pass through it. The building has just been fully restored with new roofs, plumbing-electrical systems, carpentry work, floors, frames, etc. It is therefore a brand new residence, which is available for sale unused. It is modern and functional while also has many interesting traditional features from its original structure, which have been highlighted.
