IN TRADITIONAL NEIGHBORHOOD SOUTH OF KISSAMOS
The property is in a traditional neighborhood of the municipality of Kissamos, on a hillside with an eastern orientation, from where the views are panoramic over the village, the surrounding area and up to the sea in the background from some parts of the plot. It is an old stone house, which needs repair. The building is arranged over two levels and is located at the northern end of the plot. Therefore, it has a good orientation and at the same time there is as much free space as possible in order to add a swimming pool, a beautiful garden or even parking areas.
Each level of the building is currently independent while an internal staircase can very easily be added in order to become a single functional unit. The ground floor is divided into three rooms with a total area of 58 m², where you can create main spaces and a bedroom. The upper floor is open-plan of 47 m² and can house two more rooms. Alternatively, you can repair the building upside-down by placing the private spaces on the ground floor.
