DUAL-ASPECT 2ND FLOOR APT IN A FAMILY BUILDING

The apartment is on the top floor of a small family building with three floors and two apartments on each floor. It occupies the west side of the building and faces a road to the south and up to the sea to the north. There are balconies along both sides while the one on the frontage is wider and quite bright. The building is on a corner while the road in front of the apartment is a quiet side road, which has little traffic.

The apartment is accessible by an internal staircase. Its entrance leads to an open-plan living and dining area, which is then L-shaped and therefore the kitchen is located at the back. The kitchen has plenty of cupboards as well as an exit to a small balcony on the west side of the building. Although it was built later, the apartment has the functionality of the 60s, in which from the living room there is access to an enclosed dining room. Currently, this space has been configured as a third bedroom but could be converted to its previous use or it may become an office. The private areas of the apartment are located at the back and face the rear side. A short corridor leads to a main bathroom and two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and exits to the back balcony.

The apartment needs improvements but is functional and in good condition. It has solar panel as well as central heating with radiators and an oil boiler. It is a very good choice if you want to house your family southeast of the center, in a quiet neighborhood but very close to all kinds of amenities. Lentariana has mainly residential growth and has not been spoiled by the tourist interest of the city. Within a short walk you will find everything you need for your daily needs, as well as schools of all levels, restaurants, a pharmacy and some shops. The Court House Square ("Dikastiria") is approximately 1 km away and the international airport of the prefecture is approximately 15 minutes' drive away.
