The house is in a small abandoned neighborhood just outside the village of Agia Triada, on a southeastern hillside 10 minutes north of Paleochora. The area is verdant and surrounded by countless olive groves. Therefore, around the property you can only hear the sounds of nature. They are, in fact, two properties that are available for sale together and separated by a path. The house is built on a 295 m² plot while opposite a separate 342 m² plot is included, which is buildable and can be used or sold separately.
