FAMILY SIZE APARTMENT WITH IMPRESSIVE SEA VIEWS

The apartment occupies the two upper floors of a building with another apartment next to it and one on the ground floor, which is not inhabited. The neighborhood is family-friendly and quiet. The back side of the apartment has views over the countless olive groves of the area and up to the sea in the distance. The building was constructed in 1999 but was completed and inhabited only in 2018, so that it is currently well-maintained and modern.

An external staircase leads to the entrance of the apartment, which makes it completely independent. Inside we find an impressive airy and bright space with an atrium, where you can place a living space and a dining area. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and located at the back. On the same level we find a large bathroom with bathtub as well as one of the bedrooms that opens onto its own south-facing balcony on the frontage. On the first floor we find a large space, where you can add anything according to your needs, whether it is an office space, a playroom or a small gym. Here, we find a comfortable bedroom and a second smaller one while the floor has its own bathroom with a shower cabin. The apartment has central heating with its own oil boiler as well as two private parking spaces on the side of the building.

The village has enough permanent population and is one of the "liveliest" of the area. It has a mini market, a pharmacy, a cafe and some taverns within a short radius. A short 10-15 minutes' walk through the olive groves will lead you to the long beach of the area, which has many areas with facilities or quieter places. Nearby Kissamos has everything else for your daily needs, such as banks, big supermarkets, shops, a medical center and more. The location of the apartment is ideal for excursions to some of the most beautiful beaches of western Crete such as Elafonisi, Falasarna and Balos. The city and airport of Chania are about 35 and 45 minutes' drive, respectively.
