The responsibility that comes with the profession of a real estate agent is heavy on both sides that are called to be represented. With this in mind, Elizabeth Estate Agency was founded in 2008 by Elisavet Fountoulaki and Ioannis Fountoulakis, mother and son. From the first years of operation and despite the challenging Greek financial climate at the time, our office managed, in a short period, to achieve a consistently high number of sales.

At present, the dedicated team of Elizabeth Estate Agency, positioned with service points both east and west of the city, achieves approximately 10% of the annual sales in the prefecture of Chania, as well as transactions in the rest of Crete.

Our office is a member of the Realtors Association of Chania and operates entirely within the legal and ethical framework defined by the association. With a wealth of experience encompassing hundreds of successful sales, our professional approach, coupled with a keen sense of ethical responsibility, ensures the effective promotion of your property.
