The plot is in Machairoi of the municipality Apokoronas and it is intersected by the officially designed northern boundary of the settlement. It is one of the most picturesque villages of Chania, which is classified as traditional and is being developed under supervision in order to maintain its original character. The plot has a northern slope and its frontage is on a concrete paved road at its highest level. There are mature olive trees, which can be removed according to the needs of any study in the future. The views to the north-east are impressive over the plain of the Kyliaris river and up to the sea in the distance.
