The property is located near the entrance of the dirt road that leads to the lagoon of Balos and about 10 minutes west from the small town of Kissamos. It is on a hillside with east orientation, on which it begins at an elevation of 80 m and ends at the ridge of a hill of 280 m. From all areas the views are excellent to the wild Cretan landscape and over the sea and the bay of Kissamos.
