IDYLLIC LOCATION & ABSOLUTE HARMONY IN NATURE

*The permission to build on this plot is subject to the restrictions of Decision 176/2023 of the Council of State.

The property is in an idyllic area just outside the villages of Kalamitsi Amigdali and Kalamitsi Aleksandrou as well as very close to the Almyros River, which ends in the homonymous bay. It is a plot with a large southwestern frontage on a rural road. The land has a gentle southern slope and there are approximately 80 olive trees, which are of mature age and can easily become productive with a little care. The location is quiet as the nearest houses are at a considerable distance while around the property there are olive groves, orchards and areas with natural native vegetation.

The road requires a tall vehicle but is regularly maintained. The plot allows you to build a beautiful detached house in nature but it is also a good purchase if you are looking for olives in Apokoronas, just outside Georgioupolis or Vryses. The spot is ideally located between the cities of Chania and Rethymnon, which are 35 and 25 minutes' drive away, respectively.
