IN KEFALAS WITH SOUTH FACING MOUNTAIN VIEWS

The plot is in the village Kefalas of the municipality Apokoronas. It is very close to the center of the village and has a good shape with a frontage of 22 m on an asphalt road. The building ratio is high and allows you to construct a large detached house or a small residential complex for use or resale. The frontage is on the northwest side and from all points the views are beautiful towards the ridge of the White Mountains. It also has taverns, cafes and big mini-markets that are open all year round. At a distance of approximately 10 minutes' drive is the small town of Vamos, where there are bank, supermarket and other shops. Within about 20 minutes' drive you can find the beaches of Georgioupolis and Kalyves, which have facilities. The city of Chania is about 40 minutes' drive and the airport 50 minutes.
