FENCED OLIVE GROVE IN THE VILLAGE CENTER

The plot is in the center of the village Kefalas of the municipality Apokoronas. It has a large frontage to the northeast as well as another to the northwest. Between them there is an old municipal cistern, which is quite large and thus an open space is created that resembles a square. To the south the views are beautiful to the ridge of the White Mountains, especially if you build an upper floor. The plot is excellent if you want to construct a detached house with a spacious garden. Alternatively, the village has a high residential interest, which allows you to have a significant profit margin if you decide to build a small residential complex and sell independent detached houses or apartments. The land is flat and there are about 20 olive trees, which are mature and productive.

Several tourists visit the area during the summer months while at the same time the village has an original, traditional character and is very quiet and picturesque. It also has taverns, cafes and big mini-markets that are open all year round. At a distance of approximately 10 minutes' drive is the small town of Vamos, where there are bank, supermarket and other shops. Within about 20 minutes' drive you can find the beaches of Georgioupolis and Kalyves, which have facilities. The city of Chania is about 40 minutes' drive and the airport 50 minutes.
