The property is located in the surveillance zone of the naval base of Souda and therefore can only be sold to Greek citizens.

The location is in the municipal unit of Akrotiri of the municipality Chania, on the edge of a village with facilities and several permanent residents. It is on a hillside with a southern orientation but almost the entire ground of the plot is flat. They are three adjacent plots that form a single area with a good shape. One of them is buildable while the other two ensure privacy but also that the views will remain as they currently are, in the future. On the plot currently there are native vegetation and some olive trees. To the south the views are impressive towards the ridge of the White Mountains and up to the sea, especially if you build an upper floor.

Within a radius of approximately 500 m you will find everything you need for your basic daily needs, such as a pharmacy, a grill restaurant and a well-stocked mini market. The region is very quiet while at the same time, it is only 15 minutes' drive from the city center of Chania.
