A REMOTE OLIVE GROVE AMIDST NATURE
The property is in a completely secluded location between the villages of Nteres and Moulameriana in the municipality of Platanias. It is a good-sized plot with average dimensions of approximately 100 m along its frontage that is on the south side * 135 m. The land has a northeast slope. It starts from a ridge, from where the views are impressive up to the sea while it ends in a verdant stream at its lowest level. The elevation difference from the lowest to the highest point is 70 m while roads have been constructed in the plot in order to avoid steep slopes as much as possible.
A rural road reaches the area, which passes through pasture land for the last 250 m. The nearest villages are Moulameriana, to the west towards the small town of Voukolies and the village of Limni, to the east towards Nteres.
