DEVELOPMENT LAND WITH OLIVE TREES & A STOREHOUSE

The property is in Trialonia, one of the many beautiful villages in the inland of the municipality Kissamos. It is on the edge of the village and is surrounded by olive groves. It has a special shape, which however makes it ideal if you want to build a complex with up to four independent residences and to create in each one a large garden in sections with a good shape and with very good privacy. The land is mainly flat and in areas has a gentle western slope while there are a total of about 125 olive trees, which are mature and productive. Near the frontage of the plot there is an old stone auxiliary building of about 50 m².

The village has just 50 registered permanent residents with a local population and 1-2 traditional guesthouses. Within a short radius there are countless villages that are worth exploring, with many traditional taverns and cafes. The area is covered with olive groves and is suitable for hiking and alternative tourism. In about 15 minutes’ drive are the villages of Drapanias or Kaloudiana, where you will find everything you need for your daily living while for anything else you can go to the small town of Kissamos in about 20-25 minutes. The city center of Chania and the international airport of the prefecture are about 45 and 55 minutes’ drive, respectively.
