2-UNIT BUILDING ON A LARGE PLOT IN THE CENTRE

The property is in the center of Chania city, approximately 800 m southwest of the Market Square ("Agora"). It is a two-level stone building that consists of a ground-floor commercial space of 231 m², a first-floor apartment of 123 m², an independent area on the floor of 42 m², which is used as an auxiliary space but can be converted into an apartment as well as two storage areas on the ground floor of 11 m² and 7 m².

You can make improvements to the building but the original roof has been replaced and there are no obvious structural problems. The ground floor is two large commercial spaces that have been joined together. They have a large height and if you use them for residential purposes you can have an excellent result.
