EASY TO REPAIR GROUND-LEVEL HOUSE NEAR THE CENTRE

The house is ground floor and has been built on an independent plot of 134 m² with a good, rectangular shape and dimensions of approximately 7 m along the frontage * 19 m depth. The frontage is on the south side on an asphalt road, which ends there in a dead end and therefore it is extremely quiet. You can make improvements to the building but in fact it can easily become fully functional and habitable with 2-3 modifications. It is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a house in the center, which will be independent and you will be able to use it without asking co-owners on the plot.

On the frontage of the house there is a small terrace, from where we go to the main entrance. On the side of the building there is an open corridor, which allows access to the back side, where there is a second alternative entrance from a covered courtyard. This courtyard is the focal point of the house and connects a part of the building of 66 m² in front with an independent part of an additional 33 m² at the back. In the part of the frontage we find a terrace that has been enclosed with glass and four more rooms that include living space, dining area and two bedrooms. The back part is L-shaped and consists of a storage space, sitting area, kitchen and a bathroom.

The property has not been inhabited for some years so the appearance is not ideal but in fact it is available for sale an almost ready property, where you can live for relatively little money. The area is at the entrance-exit of the city so you can easily go, either to the center or to the junction of Mournies of the northern highway of Crete a little further south. Despite the traffic in this hub area, the house is in a small dead-end alley so there are tranquility and a relative privacy. Within a short walking distance are all kinds of shops and services. The central Market Square ("Agora") is just 800 m from the property.
